For more than five years “Eracom” has been providing Hosting and Email Services of high quality and security standards.
All the Eracom’s Servers dealing with Hosting Services are Linux based with hardware configuration in “Massive Parallel Cluster” by NIXO™ reducing the downtime caused by damaged hardware components to not more than 3 seconds. System stability guarantees more reliability of services connected with redundant bandwidth in proportion to daily traffic load.

Eracom’s servers are located in the Italian Data Centre and managed 24/365 directly by our technicians.

The main features are as follows:

Bandwidth
All ERACOM Servers are located in the Italian Data Centre and connected to a redounded T3 line with Eutelia and Telecomitalia Carriers.
At the Server Farm there is a Direct Connection with MIX-Milan structure, central connection point between the main carriers with the both National and International 100Mbit/sec connection.

Security and Access Level
The Data Center’s premises are available for business meetings and for the authorized personnel only.

Monitoring 24/24
Monitoring Structure is executed 24/365 by specialized technicians within the working hours and it is operated by the automatic systems during other part of the day.

Climatic Areas
All ERACOM’s Servers are disposed in a 19” Rack Space equipped with the Climatic system permitting to keep the air between 19°C - 23°C as well as with the Smoke and Fire Detecting Systems.

Electric Generator
Power Supply for all the Server Farm is done by means of UPS and the Dedicated Electricity Generator.

Helpdesk
There are many kinds of assistance aimed at covering all clients’ needs.
